| Job Description | SEEKING: Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant For a major multinational company
that is Global leader in its sector We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow
Technical Consultant to drive innovation and optimisation across the global IT
and business services landscape. As a Senior ServiceNow Technical
Consultant, you will act as the functional and technical expert responsible
for designing, implementing, and optimising ServiceNow solutions across global
operations. You will work closely with IT,
Operations, HR, Finance, and Customer Service teams to streamline processes,
enhance service delivery, and support scalable, best-practice service
management frameworks. RESPONSIBILITIES
& TASKS : ► Act as the functional and
technical lead for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. ► Facilitate workshops with business
stakeholders to assess current processes and define future-state solutions. ► Design and implement ServiceNow
solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and industry best practices. ► Develop custom applications and
enhancements using scripting and platform development. ► Maintain and optimise core
ServiceNow modules including: ITSM ITOM HAM (Hardware Asset Management) SAM (Software Asset Management) CSM (Customer Service Management) HRSD (HR Service Delivery) FSM (Field Service Management) ► Support integration with ERP, CRM,
and other enterprise systems. ► Prepare technical documentation
and ensure governance standards are met. ► Ensure effective communication and
coordination between business and technical stakeholders throughout the project
lifecycle. ► Contribute to continuous
improvement initiatives and internal capability development. EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE
& SKILLS : ● 5+ years of
hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow solutions. ● Strong
expertise in ITSM and at least one additional ServiceNow module (ITOM, HAM,
SAM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, or ERM). ● Experience
in enterprise or multinational environments (manufacturing, logistics, or
distribution experience is a plus). ● Strong
knowledge of integrations, data models, workflows, and process automation. ● Proficiency
in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting. ● Ability to
explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. ● Strong
communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. ● Experience
delivering projects end-to-end under time and quality constraints.
● ServiceNow
Certified System Administrator (CSA) ● ServiceNow Implementation
Specialist (CIS) – ITSM ● ServiceNow
Certified Application Developer (CAD) ● ITIL
Certification (Project Management certification is
considered an advantage.) STUDIES : ● Bachelor’s degree in Information
Technology, Engineering, or related field. LANGUAGE : ● Spanish ● English- Professional Working Proficiency (B2/C1) OFFER CONDITIONS: · Permanent contract · Salary Range: 50k/65k (according to the
