SEEKING:   SAP FI-CO Localization Consultant (Spain & Portugal)

We are looking for a Senior SAP FI-CO Consultant specializing in localization for Spain and Portugal, supporting enterprise finance transformation and S/4HANA initiatives. Responsible for ensuring regulatory

compliance, financial stability, and scalable SAP solutions.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Lead SAP FI-CO localization and configuration for Spain and Portugal

• Support S/4HANA finance programs

• Act as senior escalation point for finance issues

• Ensure statutory and tax compliance

• Deliver stable enterprise solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :

► Full lifecycle SAP FICO implementation and support

► Configure GL, AP, AR, AA, CO modules

► Manage VAT and statutory reporting

► Lead closing processes

► Support migrations and upgrades

► Coordinate business and IT teams

► Prepare documentation and test plans

► Mentor junior consultants

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or related field

● 5+ years SAP FI-CO consulting experience

● Strong Spain & Portugal localization expertise

● Hands-on S/4HANA Finance experience

● Solid accounting knowledge

● Fluent English and Spanish

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :

● SAP FI: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting

● SAP CO: Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders

● Strong reporting knowledge

● Analytical mindset

● Excellent communication

● High autonomy and delivery focus

■ Portuguese language proficiency

■  SAP Treasury / BW experience

■  Energy / utilities sector exposure

■  SAP certification

■  International rollout experience

LANGUAGE :

● English- (C1)

● Spanish

● Portuguese (is a plus)

WE OFFER:
