SEEKING:  Junior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Product Analyst whose mission is to empower the Digital Journey Builder team to deliver maximum value and impact to users and stakeholders.
Our product enables departments and markets to create premium experiences on the global Client website. It streamlines content creation and optimisation, ensuring brand consistency while driving engagement and business results. The platform is available in 84 markets and 15 languages, serving millions of visitors every month.
You will work closely with the Product Owner, enhancing product requirements and influencing the roadmap by analysing and aligning business needs and user expectations with product goals and technical solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :

► Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather, analyse, and document requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment.
► Translate business objectives into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
► Facilitate discussions to align on user stories and priorities.
► Support backlog prioritisation based on value and impact.
► Identify opportunities to optimise business processes and work with the team to implement improvements.
► Assist in developing and maintaining Lean-Agile metrics and KPIs, enabling continuous improvement and transparent reporting.
► Identify and document potential risks for the product area, proposing countermeasures in collaboration with relevant departments (e.g., legal, data privacy).
► Ensure product operations meet customer needs and integrate new demands into ongoing development.
► Foster a data-driven mindset by enabling stakeholders and team members to access and analyse user data.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :

■ 2 - 3 years of proven experience as a Product or Business Analyst in agile teams.
■ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
■ Proficient user of website and user behaviour analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar

■ Solid understanding of Data Layers.
■ Knowledge of data visualisation and reporting tools such as Google Looker Studio.
■ A collaborative approach and ability to support strong team dynamics.
