SEEKING:  Program Director Salesforce Implementation

We are looking for an experienced program Director on Salesforce implementation.

Able to interact in French,  with a strong track record on Salesforce CRM and SAFE projects.

TASKS :

The position will consist in managing a Salesforce CRM solution integration project :

● Setting the operational organization to deploy a delivery center in Spain for a customer located in France.

● Interact with the experts, solution manager in France to understand customer requirement and context.

● Interact with the final customer as the Head of the Salesforce delivery center in Spain.

● Being a key stakeholder in the proposition for the final customer (solution design, delivery model, SAFE ceremonies…)

● Finalization of the pre-sales and project negotiation process

● Organization of project team activities in the Delivery Center.

● Management of project planning, monitoring of financial indicators (turnover, margin, etc.) and operational indicators (forecast staffing, scoring, RAF, etc.)

Nice to have:

 B2B market and E&U knowledges would be a plus.

·         Rate: 336€ per day + VAT

·         Long Term Project (3 years minimum)

·         Location: Madrid. (Partial teleworking: 60% presence, 40% teleworking)
