Job Description 

This role is responsible for managing the transition and development of a Business Continuity project of a new entity and related technology solution set to support newly acquired businesses, and all Adevinta marketplaces. 


This role will be responsible to build and migrate services to the organisation that will manage Resilience subjects including: BIA (Business Impact Analysis), BCP (Business Continuity Planning), DR (Disaster Recovery) & TRP (Technology Recovery Planning). The above will be managed through the development and implementation of strategic programs, defined through interactions with senior management, other employees, external resources and key stakeholders.


The scope of the role includes international sites in the EU, APAC and NA. Some travel to these sites may be required. 


Additional responsibilities include:


      Contribute to the overall GSR service and maintenance contracts information gathering and gap analysis to support the TSA Discovery phase

      Analyse and review Business Continuity processes, life cycle and mechanisms implemented to collect data - Business Impact Analysis campaign, risk Assessment - and generate relevant Plans (Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Technology Recovery).

      Investigate and identify the service levels related to Resilience expected by Adevinta against the legal and regulatory requirements for the industry. 

      Identify interdependencies and work with internal departments including HR, IT and Infosec to implement relevant integration and APIs as required

      Identify the best tools, systems and specialized outsourced companies that can provide the service on the market through interviews and commercial/technical propositions. Produce individual and consolidated technical, planning as well as implementation and operating financial information to compare the different solutions.

      Participate in the RFI/RFP elaboration

      Once the solution is validated, manage and coordinate the implementation in line with the planning, quality and budget allocated to the project.





      Mid-Senior profile with 5+ years in the Resilience and Business Continuity space. 

      Capable project manager who can select and propose solutions based on business requirements, and who is able to provide analytical and consolidated studies outcomes and conclusions, drive agreement and implement to successful completion in a time-constrained context. 

      In-depth knowledge of business continuity best practices and standards, best-in-class tools and specialized service partners available on the market for a global deployment, partner management and demonstrated ability to deliver balancing speed and financial commitments. 

      Experience or understanding of external application integration and APIs

      Ability to analyse requirements and propose solutions based on research, data, business direction, and industry trends. 

      Analytical and presentation skills.

      Autonomous, proactively identifies risks and proposes solutions, team player with good communication and reporting skills.
