We have an immediate opening for a Freelance Senior BI Support Consultant with SAP BusinessObjects, SAP BPC and Qliksense experience, to join our Madrid, Spain team to work with one of our important customers in Madrid until at least end of 2018 (may be extended). The role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years’ experience in the HelpDesk/L1 & L2 support for incidence tracking and resolution.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support for Business Intelligence, Performance Management Solutions and Data Discovery;
  • Manage and coordinate the BI and Planning Customer support inbox, address and measure requests, questions and incidents with Standard Incident Management
  • Secure and optimize the resolution of incidents via structured procedures and concrete SLAs
  • Generate documentation and communicate to Business Partners (knowledge database, new deliveries in Production, service alerts, etc.).
  • Empower customers to be independent by providing guidance in using Self-Service Customer Support - Knowledge Management tools

 

Education & Experience:

·       University degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, or similar studies

·       At least 3-5 years of experience in an IT role (especially in the HelpDesk/L1 & L2 support) working with incidence tracking and resolution for Business Intelligence and Performance Management solutions

·       Proven experience in medium complexity customer facing activities

·       Ideally experienced in Analytics tools (such as SAP BPC, SAP BusinessObjects, Qlik Sense).

·       Experience working with databases is a plus

·       Work in an English spoken environment and with distributed and multicultural teams is a plus

·       ITIL certification is a plus

Location/Availability:

·       Availability full-time freelance contract and legally entitled to work in Spain/EU
